Coaching for Executives and Leaders

"Coaching gave me back my hope that I could do the job I'm being asked to do and the job I hope to have someday. You took my words and helped me see the "next step challenge" that flowed from them... You were always professional and inspired me to become more so myself. I felt respected and "met" where I was."

"You have been absolutely terrific! I have and will continue to recommend you to friends and colleagues"...more

Our executive coaching focuses on leadership and communications skills, as well as on the goals defined by your organization. We help business leadership find insights that inspire significant shifts in behavior and communication style. We have found that these changes often enable managers to become more competent, successful leaders in a changing business environment.

Our Process

We use a six-step process, customized to the particular needs of each group, team or organization, during which we:

  • Assess the current situation
  • Establish a unique vision for the team's success
  • Generate action-oriented goals which support this vision
  • Implement new leadership competencies within the team
  • Create a dynamic, effective work environment which encourages inter- and intra-departmental collaboration
  • Address negative influences affecting team performance

Since every client's needs are a little different, we offer flexible contract terms that help to maximize both the convenience and the effectiveness of our time together. Toward that end, we service our clients through a number of venues:

  • On-site individual and group coaching with contracts of varying length
  • Coaching appointments over the telephone
  • Retainer arrangements and blocks of contact hours
